- Organization of your B2B tailored agenda with interested players during the three-day exhibition on the European Pavilion on “Vietwater and Renewable Energy fair” in Ho Chi Minh
The program:
- Monday, November 7: Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City / Check-in at hotel
- Tuesday, November 8: Information session – Lunch time: Networking lunch – Afternoon: Booth set-up on the exhibition
- Wednesday, November 9: Exhibition with tailored B2B meetings at the European pavilion
- Thursday, November 10: Exhibition with tailored B2B meetings at the European pavilion – Afternoon: Conferences
- Friday, November 11: Exhibition with tailored B2B meetings at the European pavilion & Closing the exhibition: Networking dinner offered to all participants
Important notes:
The European Pavilion will be a large open space equally shared between exhibitors. Please contact Tick Tock Consulting or EVBN for any special request or demand which will be separately quoted (technical file will be provided).

Application & registration process:
- Friday, September 9, 2016 – Application deadline: Application form to be sent to EVBN together with commercial materials providing company’s profile and expectations on the Vietnamese market.
- Tuesday, September 13, 2016 – Final Selection: Confirmation from EVBN. EVBN selects the best European applicants for the mission.
- Friday, September 16, 2016 – Registration deadline: Selected candidates confirm their registration by paying 75% of the participation fee.
